On March 25-26, 2017 Płock Industrial and Technological Park hosted workshops dedicated to young entrepreneurs. This was the first event of that kind in Płock. Experienced speakers provided knowledge of marketing and new technologies to the MARATON participants. The Marathoners learned where to look for knowledge about financing their own ventures and modern market tools.
The topics of the first day of the workshops concerned sales, how to earn on your own project, business, fast and cheap, without incurring unnecessary costs. During the second day, the participants were building prototypes that could be subject of sale straight away, ie MVP, which stands for Minimum Viable Product. MVP is a product (service, program, offer) that is minimally ready to be launched on the market. It is a sufficiently qualified product ready to be shown to the potential customer. A startup can then measure customer interest.
The point is to collect as much information as possible with minimal effort.
