On March 3, 2017 at the seat of the Płock Industrial and Technological Park the visit of the Working Group of the Republic of Kazakhstan was organized. The meeting concerned the area of Polish experience in the development of small and medium sized enterprises as well as promotion of export and trade.
Guests got acquainted with the economic potential of the city of Płock and the types of support offered by the city for startups. Participants also discussed the projects implemented by local governments to stimulate the development of small and medium enterprises. Płock Industrial and Technological Park was presented as a model for the development of SMEs in the region. Cluster policy was also talked over and illustrated with an example of the Mazovian Chemical Cluster, coordinated by PPPT.
Representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan also made an appointment with one of the investors PPPT, at Neo-Tec, where he became acquainted with the profile of its activities and range of products manufactured at the factory.
The visit was carried out on the initiative and in cooperation with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
