Two new investors will start their industrial investments on the grounds of the Płock Industrial and Technological Park.
Preliminary real estate sale agreements with investors were concluded on 24th March 2011.
The first of PPPT’s investors is IZO-BET, a company already operating on the local market, which is dealing with production and installation of thermal insulation in chemical, petrochemical, refinery and energy industry. The company plans to build a facility with its headquarters producing coats of sheet metal and thermal insulation of the supporting structure. It will be located on the investment ground of an area ca. 1 ha in the investment zone No III of PPPT. Investment’s value amounts to minimum PLN 1.5 million and a number of new jobs declared amounts to ca. 20.
The second one - GTAFFITI POLSKA - is the special purpose company established to build a plant for rycycling polyolefin waste plastic packaging of a value amounting to ca. PLN 5 million in the first stage of investment realization. It will be located on the investment ground of an area ca. 0.6 ha in the investment zone No III of PPPT. Investor declares to create ca. 15 new jobs.
Both planned investments are consistent with the profile of the Płock Industrial and Technological Park.
