Administrative and office area

Administrative and office area of PPPT is made of investment zones No III and VII. The preferred investments for these grounds are administrative and R & D operations as well as production with low affect on surrounding. The whole area totals approximately 30 ha of the investment grounds situated within administrative borders of the City of Płock.

The area characteristics

Zone III is used for leisure and recreation and therefore is not currently offered to investors.

Zone VII is utterly used by the following companies:

• PKN ORLEN S.A. (administration),
• PPPT S.A. (administration centre),
• Ośrodek Badawczo Rozwojowy Przemysłu Rafineryjnego S.A. (Refinery Research & Development),
• Naftoremont-Serwis Sp. z o.o. (services),
• ORLEN Projekt S.A. (design & engineering services),
• KTI Poland S.A. (design & engineering services),
• Polimex-Sices Polska Sp. z o.o. (assembly & installation work for heavy industry).
