Administrative and production area

The administrative and production area of PPPT is made up of investment zones No III, IV, V and VIII. The preferred investments for these grounds are administrative and office services, R & D and industrial and technological operations.

The whole area totals approximately 106ha of the investment grounds situated within administrative borders of the City of Płock.

Characteristics of the investment grounds

Investment zone No III comprises 30 ha of grounds assigned to administrative services, scientific research, as well as technological and industrial operations. The plot is completely fitted and equipped with the media and facilities required for business performance.

Investment zone No IV comprises 33.5 ha of grounds assigned to administrative services, scientific research, as well as technological and industrial operations. The plot is completely fitted and equipped with the media and facilities required for business performance.

Investment zone No V comprises 28.5 ha of grounds assigned to administrative services, scientific research, as well as technological and industrial operations with a low impact on the surrounding area. The plot is completely fitted and equipped with the media and facilities required for business performance.

Investment zone No VI comprises 14 ha of grounds assigned to administrative services and scientific research. The plot is completely fitted and equipped with the media and facilities required for business performance.

Zone VII is used for economic operations and therefore is not currently offered to investors.

Location

All of the administrative and production area enjoys very convenient access from Płock city centre. The distance between the area and the PPPT Headquarters is approximately 2,5km. The area’s closest neighbourhood offers the city bus depot, 24h manned car parks as well as free parking spaces for lorries and civil vehicles.
