Where we are

PPPT is located in the north-west part of the Mazovia Province, approximately 100km away from Warsaw, Toruń and Łódź. All the investment grounds together, with the administration centre, are spread in the northern part of the City of Płock, adjacent to the refining and petrochemical facilities of PKN ORLEN, as well as the Company’s headquarters.

Each of the eight investment grounds of PPPT are accessible from both the city and the north-east direction with the roads suitable for heavy duty traffic. International roads No 1 (Gdańsk – Ostrawa) and No 2 (Moscow – Berlin) are less than 50km away from PPPT.

The Park can also be reached from the southern direction via two bridges over the Vistula River, one of which has a cargo railway. Investors in PPPT can make use of a PKN ORLEN railway terminal adjacent to the Park too. The terminal is comfortably linked to the international railway junction, which is 50 km away in Kutno, the geographic centre of Europe.

As close as 3 km from PPPT there is a marine facility equipped with infrastructure for the reloading of over-size and non-standard loads transported over the Vistula River from the Gdynia and Gdańsk seaports.

The Frederic Chopin Warsaw Airport and PPPT are some 120 km apart.

A visible improvement in the Płock logistics conditions is planned for 2011, when the construction of east-west and north-south ring roads is scheduled for completion. The east-west line will be of the crucial value for the PPPT development since it is to be situated along investment grounds No III, IV, V and VI. The added value of the logistics infrastructure will also include a new civil and cargo airport in Modlin (Warsaw direction), approximately 70 km from Płock.
