Andrzej Paryska

Chairmain of the Supervisory Board

Andrzej Paryska, graduated from the Faculty of Electronics, Warsaw University of Technology, specialist in telecommunication. He is a holder of MBA diploma of the University of Management and Marketing in Warsaw. He served as a Director of a Project Management Department and Financial Analysis Department at Netia SA. He graduated from many courses and trainings with certificates of enterprise management and finances. He was the Member of the Supervisory Board of Netia Telekom Mazowsze SA. Since December 2008 a Director of the Bureau of Investment Expenditure Controlling at PKN ORLEN SA.

Jacek Kowalewski

Jacek Kowalewski, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. He also completed Postgraduate Management Studies at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. He also graduated from many courses and trainings with certificates of enterprise finances, management and commercial law. Since September 2010 a Director of the Bureau of Capital Group at PKN ORLEN SA.

Kszysztof Lewandowski

Krzysztof Lewandowski, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Mikołaj Kopernik University in Torun. Since 1996 a legal adviser. He also completed post graduate studies at the Private Higher School aof Business and Administration, holding a diploma of entrepreneurship management and organization. He is an author, co-author and executer of many local and regional projects and programmes of entrepreneurship support, unemployment reducing, economical and technological development, also co-financed from EU funds, including project of PPPT. He sat in the Supervisory Boards of: PEC Płock Sp. z o.o., MTBS Płock Sp. z o.o. Between 1996 – 2003 he acted as a Director at Incubator of Innovative Ventures in Płock. He also graduated from many courses and trainings with certificates of company finances and management. Since 19966 has been connected with project of industrial and technological park in Płock, as a Mayor of Płock Proxy for Economic Development and Unemployment Fighting and first President of the Management Board of PPPT SA (2004 – 2007). Since April 2007 Director of Investment Development at BUDMAT Bogdan Więcek.
