​In 2006 the management board of PPPT S.A. worked out a complex development programme for 2007-2013 named „Building and development of the technological and R&D component of PPPT for the over-regional innovative activity”. The main directions of the programme have been indicated in relation to create most favorable conditions for investors representing modern business (Business Process Outsourcing Centres, BPO/SSC) and R&D services.
 
On 5th December 2006 the Board of Mazowieckie Voivodeship put the company’s development programme on the list of the most important undertakings for realization under the Regional Operational Programme of the Mazovian Province, as the key project “Płock Industrial and Technological Park I” (Płocki Park Przemysłowo-Technologiczny I).

On 23rd December 2010 PPPT S.A. and the Mazovian Province signed an agreement on financing the key project, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under Priority 1 “Creating conditions for development of innovation potential and entrepreneurship in Mazovia”, Measure 1.4 “Strengthening the role of business support institutions”, Regional Operational Programme of the Mazovian Province 2007-2013.
