The investors of PPPT may count on attractive self-government investment incentives in the field of real property tax exemption to support new investments for entrepreneurs who run business within Płock Industrial and Technological Park for a period from 10 up to 15 years, and real property tax exemption to support new investments of innovative entrepreneurs or those who run research and development business in the town of Płock for a period from 5 up to 15 years.

Investments in the territory of PPPT may be granted the status of a special economic zone which means an opportunity for the entrepreneurs to apply for an exemption from the income tax. We cooperate with special economic zones and support the investors, who putting money into PPPT, are decided to ensure for it the status of a special economic zone.

Our investors may use the services of Education Centre, a training and consulting company with the capital share of the Płock Industrial and Technological Park S.A., which offers a wide range of training, workshops, post-graduation studies, courses of vocational continued education, giving the potential to obtain vocational licences and language courses at any level of learning.

As the first industrial and technological park in Poland, we have signed a partner agreement with the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (Polska Agencja Informacji i Inwestycji Zagranicznych – PAIiIZ) on joint marketing and promotion activities to strengthen the acquisition processes of investors.
