Companies that decide to invest in the Plock Industrial and Technological Park can count on attractive investment incentives. In co-operation with the City Hall of Płock we have worked out a support package towards a real estate tax exemption for supporting new investments, which is dedicated only to entrepreneurs locating their investments within the borders of PPPT.
According to the program a tax exemption can be applied to the buildings or parts thereof and edifices or structures belonging to the entrepreneurs locating new investment within borders of the Płock Industrial and Technological Park. Real estate tax exemption can be received for a period of:
• 10 years – if the value of costs eligible for aid program was less than or equal to 10 million PLN,
• 15 years - if the value of costs eligible for aid program exceeded 10 million PLN.
Another support package for investors in PPPT covers a real estate tax holiday for innovative entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs carrying research and scientific activity.
Our investors will be widely assisted with technical issues and provided with comprehensive support while preparing and making their investment. We provide each company with individual help in contacts with municipal and provincial offices, as well as other administrative bodies. Our experience and knowledge of local administrative and business realities puts us in the position to help each investor with time consuming formalities.
Investors in PPPT, a joint venture between the Municipality of Płock and PKN ORLEN SA, are guaranteed privileged and priority services by our shareholders.
We facilitate investors access to EU funds. Entrepreneurs that decide to invest in the Plock Industrial and Technological Park can apply for the investment to have a status of the special economic zone (SEZ) under the terms and regulations defined in the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers dated to 10th December 2008 on the criteria to be met in order to allow the inclusion of certain lands to a special economic zone.
