Processing of personal data in Płocki Park Przemysłowo - Technologiczny S.A. are regulated by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR") and national provisions on the processing of personal data.

Information on the processing of contractors' personal data.

I. PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

II. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

III. PURPOSES AND BASIS OF PROCESSING

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

a) taking action to conclude and perform a contract to which you are a party,

b) service, investigation and defense in the event of mutual claims.

The legal basis for processing by PPP-T S.A. Your personal data is:

a) taking action to conclude and perform the contract (in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), to which you are a party;

b) fulfillment of legal obligations (in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) related to the payment of taxes, including keeping and storing tax books and documents related to keeping tax books and storing accounting documents. The legal basis for data processing are legal obligations resulting from tax regulations (Tax Ordinance, Value Added Tax Act, Corporate Income Tax Act) and accounting regulations (Accounting Act) and accounting regulations (Accounting Act ), fulfillment of the obligation as the Obliged Institution, resulting from the Act on counteracting money laundering.

c) the legitimate interest of PPP-T S.A. (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) - for the purpose of service, investigation and defense in the event of mutual claims.

IV. DATA RECIPIENTS

Your personal data may be disclosed by PPP-T S.A. entities cooperating with it (recipients), in particular entities providing invoicing services, settlement of receivables, delivery of correspondence and parcels, entities providing health and safety, legal, debt collection and archiving services.

V. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

We store your personal data for the period of:

  • the duration of the contract,
  • until the data processing obligations under the law expire,
  • until the expiry of mutual claims arising from this agreement.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

  • the right to access your data,
  • the right to rectify personal data,
  • the right to delete personal data or limit processing,
  • the right to transfer data, i.e. the right to receive from PPP-T S.A. personal data, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request that PPP-T S.A. sent data to another administrator. However, PPP-T S.A. will only do so if such transmission is technically possible. The right to transfer personal data applies only to those data processed on the basis of consent or a contract with you,
  • the right to object - in cases where PPP-T S.A. processes your personal data on the basis of your legitimate interest; the objection may be expressed due to a particular situation to the e-mail address: daneosobowe@pppt.pl or the address of the registered office of PPP-T S.A. with the note "Personal Data Protection Coordinator"

VII. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

VIII. INFORMATION ON THE REQUIREMENT/VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF DATA

Providing your personal data by you is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract referred to in point III above. Refusal to provide your personal data will prevent the conclusion and performance of the contract.

Information on the processing of personal data regarding monitoring at the facilities of Płocki Park Przemysłowo - Technologiczny S.A.

I. PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator of your personal data in the form of images recorded by video surveillance cameras installed / operating at the facilities of Płocki Park Przemysłowo - Technologii S.A. including within these facilities, there is Płocki Park Przemysłowo - Technologiczny S.A. (hereinafter: PPP-T S.A.) with its registered office in Płock (09-400), ul. Łukasiewicza 39. Contact phone number for PPP-T S.A. - (24) 364 03 50.

II. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In matters of compliance with the principles of data protection in PPP-T S.A. you can contact us via the e-mail address: daneosobowe@pppt.pl or in writing to the address of our registered office, indicated in point I.

III. PURPOSES AND BASIS OF PROCESSING

Video surveillance recordings are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of PPP-T S.A. (in accordance with Article 6.1.f of the GDPR), for which PPP-T S.A. recognizes in particular the need to ensure securityprotection of persons and property, as well as possible investigation or defense against claims.

IV. DATA RECIPIENTS

Video surveillance recordings, in justified cases, may be made available to law enforcement authorities at their request.

Video surveillance recordings may also be provided by PPP-T S.A. entities cooperating with it (recipients) on the basis of agreements entrusting the processing of personal data, in particular entities responsible for supervision over the operation of video surveillance, including system maintenance.

V. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Monitoring recordings will not be stored for more than 3 months, unless they have been secured in connection with proceedings conducted by law enforcement authorities. In this case, the storage period for the recordings is extended until the final conclusion of the case.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing. At the request of a person of PPP-T S.A. will provide a copy of the personal data subject to processing, provided that the provision of the copy will not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the data administrator. Contact details are indicated in point I and II above.

VII. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Information on the processing of personal data regarding persons participating in recruitment processes (job, internship, internship).

III. PURPOSES AND BASIS OF PROCESSING

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of your participation in the activities carried out in Płocki Park Przemysłowo - Technologiczny S.A. recruitment process (job, internships and internships) and to assess your professional qualifications in order to select the right person for a given position.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:

  • Legal provision (Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code) and processing necessary to conclude an employment contract - in the scope of the following data: name and surname; parents' names; date of birth; place of residence (correspondence address); education; course of previous employment.
  • Your consent to the processing of data provided in the CV, cover letter, recruitment form, if you provide data other than: name and surname; parents' names; date of birth; place of residence (correspondence address); education; course of previous employment.
  • Your consent to the processing of personal data obtained during the professional potential examination (if it will be implemented in the course of recruitment).
  • Your consent to the processing of data for future recruitment processes,
  • Legitimate interest of PPP-T S.A. – in the scope of data collected during the interview. PPP-T S.A. has a legitimate interest in checking your skills and abilities - it is needed to assess whether you are the right person for the position to which the recruitment relates.

IV. DATA RECIPIENTS

The recipient of your personal data will be PPP-T S.A.

V. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 1 month after the end of the recruitment process.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

  • the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; the consent may be withdrawn by post to the address of Płocki Park Przemysłowo - Technologiczny S.A., ul.   • the right to access your data,
  • the right to rectify them,
  • the right to delete personal data or limit processing,

VII. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

VIII. INFORMATION ON THE REQUIREMENT/VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF DATA

The need to provide your personal data results from Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to participate in the activities carried out in Płocki Park Przemysłowo - Technologiczny S.A. recruitment processes (work, internships, apprenticeships). Providing personal data in a wider scope than it results from 221 § 1 of the Labor Code is voluntary, but necessary for full verification of your professional profile in relation to the expectations defined in the recruitment announcement.
