We are the owner of the largest analytical laboratory with a chemical profile in Poland and one of the leading industry laboratories in Europe in terms of size.
The laboratory has a usable area of about 6.5 thousand square meters. Its main user and operator of the facility is ORLEN Laboratorium, which performs analyses:
- fuels,
- petroleum products,
- waters,
- sewage,
- soil,
- air.
The facility is located in the immediate vicinity of the ORLEN Main Plant.
Central Laboratory Program
The Central Laboratory program in strategic partnership with ORLEN Laboratorium includes the creation of well-equipped laboratories for the purposes of conducting research and development activities. The laboratory gives the opportunity to use the analytical infrastructure for didactic purposes. Laboratory rooms are about 3,000 square meters and include 1,100 modern workstations with full social and technical facilities. They employ nearly 200 analysts who control technological processes at ORLEN.
The laboratory analyzes, among others:
- fuel,
- petrochemical products,
- oils,
- raw Materials,
- interop streams,
- asphalts,
- wastewater,
- settlements,
- working environment.
The laboratory also provides services to external customers for research, scientific, development and implementation purposes.
