  • cooperation in creating a joint analysis, which is the main product of the S3Chem project.
  • The project is being implemented in two stages (cooperation and monitoring) in the years 2016-2022.

The implementation of the project is based on the preparation by all project partners of thematic reports on the implementation of regional innovation strategies and the use of available financial instruments to support innovation in the regions.

START EASY is a project under the Interreg Europe program that aims to improve regional policy and provide smart tools that will enable companies to start up and grow, connect and integrate the "Think Small First" principles.

The project aims to promote inter-regional exchange of experience, pooling regional knowledge and providing opportunities for mutual learning, and facilitating the development of common policies and new action plans. Increasing the education of the local community will contribute to reducing fears related to starting a new business, and thus to increasing the number of newly established companies and startups.

Mazowsze Development Agency S.A. acts as a partner in a consortium consisting of:

  • Government of Catalonia (ES) - project leader
  • Metropolitan City of Bologna (IT)
  • Lithuanian Innovation Center (LT)
  • Lublin Science and Technology Park (PL)
  • East Flanders Economic Council (BE)
  • Mazowsze Development Agency S.A. (PL)
  • Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Latvia (LV)

The project is being implemented in two stages: Phase I of the project will last until July 31, 2022, Phase II (implementation) until July 31, 2023.

The project's task is to identify good practices and new administrative tools, both through stakeholder consultations and learning from other EU regions. Increasing the education of the local community will contribute to reducing fears related to starting a new business, and thus to increasing the number of newly established companies and startups.

The essence of the project is to obtain information from the subregions on the current situation, what needs to be changed, how the procedure for setting up a business operates, what the situation of start-up companies looks like, and what services the local administration provides to its entrepreneurs.

The Płock Industrial and Technological Park together with the Mazowieckie Voivodship, the Capital City of Warsaw, other Local Government Units, Business Environment Institutions, start-ups, SMEs and scientific institutes form the Regional Stakeholder Group, which analyzes the needs in the above-mentioned areas at the local level. scope, identifies good practices, identifies problems and difficulties, and jointly seeks solutions. The developed practices will be included in the regional action plan, and in the second phase implemented in selected subregions.
