Our investment areas are located in the immediate vicinity of the ORLEN refinery and petrochemical plant, as well as leading European and Polish production and service companies in the chemical industry.
The areas are well-connected with the most important cities and economic centers of central Poland. They are also characterized by very convenient access from the center of Płock. The space for investors interested in locating industrial and production centers is covered by the local spatial development plan and offers land for production, storage, storage and service activities.
PPPT areas are equipped with water supply, sewage, central heating, gas, telecommunication and electricity networks. Communication inside the investment zone is provided by a network of asphalt roads connected directly to the city streets at 7 exit points. The plots offered are fully ready for investment and business activity, and have the appropriate area for investment projects of various sizes and levels of capital expenditure, as well as a different anticipated scale of employment.
