We offer a comprehensive package of services for the development of entrepreneurship, which includes, among others, consulting, training, information, business-related and pro-innovation services.
The aim of the program is to provide full service to PPP-T enterprises, partners and clients, aimed at improving the qualifications and competitiveness of entities cooperating with the Park, developing new companies and professionalizing management activities in existing companies. Development services are provided by PPP-T in cooperation with renowned and recognized institutions of the state and private sector.
The most important element of the program was the "Management Academy" - a series of workshops, trainings and conferences for entrepreneurs initiated by PPP-T, support for startups, managers and people managing larger and smaller teams in companies.
Experienced speakers, trainers and experts from Poland and abroad have been invited to cooperate within the academy, who share their knowledge and acquired skills in the field of building key managerial competences, managerial coaching, presentations and public speaking (storytelling, acting workshops), developing creativity in the organization, emotional intelligence in the work of a manager, action learning, strategy and goal setting, team building with the use of experimental education, active reviewing in the organization, knowledge management in the organization with the use of modern technologies, innovation and intellectual property management, team management and employee engagement or crisis management in the organization.
