Start in Park – first edition
Together with the Network of Entrepreneurial Women, we created a free program under which we provided participants with a compendium of knowledge necessary for the development of the enterprise. The program ran from February to June 2022 and 23 business ideas took part in it.
The Start in Park program was aimed at training, mentoring and consulting support for current or future entrepreneurs. Program participants had the opportunity to develop their business idea, develop and introduce new services or products to the market, and work on competences in the field of running a business.
Business mentoring
Participants of the program received 12 hours of classes with an individual mentor from the SPK Mentor Club and a book for mentoring work.
4 trainings of 16 hours
The trainings covered topics in the field of marketing, law and accounting, sales, as well as management and fundraising.
Soft skills training
Participants took part in the #IamRemarkable workshop where, among other things, they learned about 12 tools for management and planning along with a planner.
Networking
Participants learned what business networking is, learned about its networking principles and had the opportunity to use new skills in practice.
